There is an awful lot of talk about the calamities and financial woes going on these days. Seems no one is immune. Survival guides are showing up and the vultures are picking over the financial left-overs. Advice is all over the place and most folks are scrambling to know what to do. Step back for a minute, have some tea…there is something you may have missed.
Something has already begun that is amazingly sweet. Class structures are starting to crumble. People are relating without any financial façade. Really nice to see this and a welcomed change. Pretty cool, huh? Thank you financial downturn!
Been checking in with your family lately? A lot of that is going on too! Older problems are giving way to compassion and a warmer smile. Old wounds are being healed by a motivating sense of family. It isn’t that misery loves company. It is that love is healing old energies. This too..is nice to see. For all you conspirators…you can thank your “Illuminati” for instigating the change.
Most everyone these days are cleaning their home fronts and giving things away that others may need. It is like one big community garage sale…except its free! A lot of folks are benefiting from this experience and have furniture and coats for the winter. Now that’s cool! We should have done this a long time ago. For those of you who have not done this yet then try it…you will feel good. Thank the economy for bringing out the best in you.
People are finding spare time to help their friends. Real need is being handled with your willing cooperation…to help them. The reciprocating part is even more fun. This is the sort of thing that could become contagious spiraling into true friendships and just keep happening. Some of us had forgotten how wonderful deep friendships are. It causes trust.
When you sum it all up what you get is a spectacular opportunity for us all to become the very best of ourselves…and look around, we are! When we are all stripped of our social facades we are left with us beings….being, something –naked to see and our report card is looking pretty good. Call me crazy but this doesn’t sound like such a bad thing either. Maybe we should have started this disaster back in 2001!
So today, tomorrow, when you arise for your day then forget about the media’s portrayal of events and let them scare themselves to death. Obviously they can’t see what is really happening in our experience. We are all in the same boat and this is manifesting a community of human beings cooperating with each other instead of competing. Caring instead of exploiting. Exchanging instead of selling. Forgiving instead of collecting. Loving instead of fearing each other.
Ladies and gentlemen, this looks like a really fun ride! Can’t we actually look forward to a collapse of some outdated architectures for some better frameworks to live under? We have a unique opportunity in our world to create something better. I think when the African tribes gather around a midnight fire or a community barn fire erupts on Saturday night in Kansas then everyone shows up to enjoy each other. No fights…just a picking band to dance to or maybe African drums to keep your feet moving.
In simple times, simply be the absolute best of your self. Look around! You will see it happening all over the place. Jump in! Cut some firewood and give it away. Rendezvous with some friends at the largest house and bring some food.
Be grateful for such a rare opportunity to be your absolute best and enjoy the experience of you being…terrific!
Oh yea…and thanks! We all missed that part of you!
